Before a project can launch it may need to be reviewed by our in-house Trust & Safety team. They will make sure that the project is in line with Our Rules, and verify that it’s a project with a specific, finite goal. Additionally, they may offer helpful feedback on ways to structure or present your project. If your project is queued for review this process can take up to 3 business days.
Our team may request that changes be made to a project draft, in which case it can take an additional 3 business days, or longer if additional revisions are needed, to review the changes after you’ve responded to our request.
Please keep in mind that during periods of high volume project submissions our turnaround time may be slightly longer than usual. In light of this, we recommend planning ahead and building in extra buffer time when scheduling your project’s launch, to ensure you’re ready to go on your Target Launch Date.
What is Target Launch Date?
Target Launch Date is an optional section that you can fill in on the Basics section of the project editor. To use it, simply enter the date that you plan to launch and we’ll recommend when you should confirm your identity, provide payment details, and submit your project for review by.
Don’t worry, setting a Target Launch Date won’t automatically launch your project!
I’m a repeat creator, why has my latest project not been auto-approved?
We use an algorithm incorporating thousands of data points to check whether a project is suitable for auto-approval. While a previous project may have been auto-approved, the algorithm analyzes the characteristics of each individual project, and therefore there is no guarantee that future projects will encounter the same result.
Please note that all Design & Technology projects will be subject to a manual review.
