The FAQ section of each project page is the best place to address common questions. You can add Frequently Asked Questions to your project page both before you launch and while your project is live.
To add an FAQ before your project launches, navigate to the bottom of the Story tab of the project editor. Here you will see the option to “Add another FAQ”.
After your project has launched, head to the FAQ tab of your project page and click the “Edit FAQs” button. From there, you will be able to add a new question and corresponding answer. You can also rearrange or delete FAQs while your project is live.
As a creator this section is a great place to post helpful, to-the-point information about your project, and for backers to learn more about the project and rewards. For instance, you can use this section to share more information about your timeline, specifics about rewards, shipping plan, and/or a deeper dive into any technical specifications.
It’s important to note that FAQs can only be added and edited while your project is live or in draft. After your project has ended we recommend using project updates to address any common questions your backers are asking.
