Your project’s backer report has all the tools you need to work with your backers during and after your campaign. You'll find a link to it in the creator navigation bar, to the left of your project page.
From the backer report you can:
See a list of all your backers and sort them by various filters, including reward tier, add-ons, pledge date, who has responded to the survey, etc.
Communicate with your backers and view message history.
Request information from your backers (mailing address, T-shirt size, etc.) to fulfill rewards.
View backers' information, edit shipping addresses, and leave yourself a note for special requests.
Track fulfillment by updating the reward status for each backer’s pledge.
If you are using the Kickstarter Pledge Manager, your backer report will also include the ability to:
Save a view to help you keep track of a specific group of pledges. For example, any Late Pledge backers who selected a certain reward tier and are based in France.
If your backer report access has expired, you can request an extension following a few simple steps.
