You can update the email address associated with your Kickstarter account via the app, to do so simply follow the steps relevant to your operating system below.
iOS:
- Select the “Profile” icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen to access your settings.
- From here you'll be able to go to your “Account”, where you can change your email address.
Android:
- Tap the menu icon in the top left-hand corner of the app.
- Select “Settings” and then “Account”.
- From here you’ll be able to change your email address.

I created a Kickstarter account with my Apple ID, how can I update my email address?
If your Kickstarter account was initially created with your Apple ID, you can update your email address via your Account settings. Please note that doing so will disconnect your account from your Apple ID and you will no longer be able to use the Sign in with Apple feature.
After clicking the link to disconnect your Apple ID, you will be prompted to enter your new email address in the modal that pops up. We will then send an email to the new email address with next steps to complete the disconnect. Once complete, you will be able to login to your Kickstarter account by entering your new email address on the Log in page.
