After a pledge manager order has been completed, how much you can edit will depend on the permissions set by the creator in their pledge manager.
Changing your survey response
If a creator has allowed for edits to be made to survey responses, you will be able to do this on the Pledge summary page for the project. To see if this is available for your pledge, follow the steps below:
- Head to your Backed projects page, locate the specific project under the 'Successful pledges' section, and click the round “+” button to the right-hand side of the project name.
- Next, select the 'Pledge manager' tab. If the creator is currently allowing edits, you will see an “Edit order” button at the top of this tab.
- Clicking this button will take you to a page where you can choose to edit your survey response.
The window for editing survey responses will be determined by the creator. If they are no longer allowing edits through Kickstarter, the “Edit order” button will not be available. If you need to make any further changes after the window has closed, you will need to work with the creator directly to see if it is possible.
Please note: This is only available for surveys sent as part of the Kickstarter Pledge Manager. It will not be possible to change a response if the creator used the backer survey only.
Changing your shipping address
If the creator has not yet locked addresses, you will be able to change your shipping address to one within the same country. You can find the steps to do that here.
Changing your reward selection
At this time, once you have submitted your response for the pledge manager and made any applicable payments, you will not be able to change your reward selection or add further add-ons to your order.
If the creator has locked addresses, or is no longer allowing edits to your survey response, you should message the creator directly to see if an alternative arrangement can be made.
