You will have access to a payout’s funding summary about 48 hours after your payout has been successfully processed by your bank. Here you will also have access to a print-friendly invoice, listing the fees deducted by Kickstarter and our payments processor, Stripe.
To view the funding summary and invoice for a payout, first make sure that you are signed in to your creator account. Next, select ‘Payouts & Taxes’ from the creator navigation bar, located on the left side of your project page.
On the ‘Payouts & Taxes’ page you will be able to view all payouts initiated for your project so far. If late pledging is active for your project, you will see these payouts listed until Late Pledges have ended. Additionally, for creators who enabled Pledge Over Time, or are using Kickstarter’s Pledge Manager, the payouts associated with these funds will also be available on this page.
Clicking on a payout will display the breakdown of funds (gross pledges, dropped pledges, refunds) and deductions (Kickstarter fee and payment processing fee). To access an invoice from this view, simply click the “View invoice” button at the top and print the web page.
For most purposes, the printable invoice provided here will suffice in listing fees associated with your project. However, if you require a more extensive report of the disbursements, you can refer to the breakdown directly within the funding summary that lists a description of funds raised and deductions. Please note that we do not provide any further type of invoice.

My payout has been initiated but I’m not seeing it on the ‘Payouts & Taxes’ page yet?
The funding summary for a payout will only become available about 48 hours after the funds have been successfully processed by your bank. If the payout is initiated on a non-business day, please allow some additional time for this to be completed.
