If the reward tier or add-on you’re looking to edit already has backers associated with it, you won't be able to make any changes to it (except for specifying new countries that you'd like to offer shipping to, adding or editing a reward image, or to increase the quantity).
However, if a reward tier or add-on doesn't have any backers yet, you're welcome to make changes or delete it entirely. Select “Edit project” from the creator tools menu, located on the left side of your project page, to edit your rewards.
Can I change the estimated delivery date of my rewards?
Similarly, if no backers have selected the reward tier or add-on, you can change the estimated delivery date. If the reward has already been selected the date cannot be changed, so we recommend notifying those backers of the new estimated delivery date.
Can I change the shipping information of a reward after I’ve launched?
While it's possible to expand the shipping options for existing rewards, to include new countries, it won't be possible to edit previously set shipping information for a location if a backer from that country has already pledged towards the reward.
Can I add new rewards after I've launched my project?
You can continue to add new reward items, additional tiers, and add-ons, at any time while your project is live, provided any new rewards fit into Our Rules. Remember, you can also increase the quantity of any existing tiers or add-ons if they have sold out.
Keep in mind that if an existing tier has been selected by a backer you won’t be able to add any further reward items to it and instead you will need to create a new tier.
