You can track your project’s progress through various Kickstarter tools that are available to creators. To access any of the below, simply open the creator tools menu, located on the left-hand side of your project page, and select the one you wish to explore more.
Please note: The Dashboard and backer report will continue to be available, even after your project has ended. However, the Advanced Creator Dashboard (beta) will only be available while your project is live. But, don’t worry, you can download the data before your project ends by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner.
Dashboard
Your project’s Dashboard contains up-to-the-minute stats about your funding progress. From there, you can monitor referrer information, reward popularity, video play stats, average pledge amount, and more. The “Activity” section will give you more details, including any pledge or reward adjustments and comment activity. You can find more information about Kickstarter’s attribution model here.
Advanced Creator Dashboard (beta)
The Advanced Creator Dashboard (beta) contains more granular and actionable data that can help with better understanding the performance of your live campaign.
Some of the information you’ll be able to see on this dashboard includes: both hourly and daily pledge amounts, more detailed referrer data, how many of your backers are first time or returning backers, insights on the people watching your project, and where your backers are located by country for each reward tier.
The data powering this dashboard is updated every hour (it does not provide up-to-the minute stats) and we recommend viewing the page on a larger screen. Additionally, this page is currently only available in English.
Backer Report
You can also check your project’s backer report for a complete list of your backers, their respective pledge amounts, and which reward tier or add-ons they have selected.
How do I keep track of fulfillment?
You can keep track of your project’s fulfillment with the help of the ‘Status’ column on the backer report. For more information about the ‘Status’ column check out our “What is the ‘Status’ column on the backer report and how does it work?” article.
There is also the Fulfillment dashboard that can help you to manage reward production and fulfillment. You can read more about this creator tool here.
