Yes! If a backer previously pledged to your project but their payment couldn’t be collected during the 7 days after your campaign ended, they will be able to re-join your project through Late Pledges. They simply need to select one of the available rewards and begin the pledge process again. After they have successfully pledged they will be assigned a new backer number.
