If you are having trouble verifying your business information, make sure that your name, business name, address, and tax information matches exactly what is shown on your government issued documents. Typos are the most common reason for failing this verification process, so we recommend double-checking everything before submitting. If you fail your initial verification attempt, Stripe, our payment processor, will provide a unique link for you to complete the process. Look out for this link within your Payment tab if you’re having issues.
Please note, if the company was recently registered then it may take some time for the agency records to update with Stripe. In this case, please try again in a little while, and double-check that the number you're entering is free of typos.
