Once you've launched your project, it is not possible to edit your verified identity, funds recipient, or bank account information.
However, we do consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you believe that your personal circumstances may qualify you for an exception, don't hesitate to reach out.
For successful projects, you can update your payment source for chargebacks. To do so, just go to the Payment methods tab under your Account Settings. You can update this information at the "Backer disputes" section at the bottom of the page.
