To update the email address associated with your Kickstarter account you’ll first need to login to your account using the email address currently associated with it. Once you’ve logged in:
Head over to your Account settings and click “Change email address”.
In the modal that pops up, enter the new email address you wish to use and click “Send verification code”.
Next, check your email inbox for the 6-digit verification code from Kickstarter and enter this on the verification screen.
Click “Continue” to finish updating the email address on your account.
For security reasons, we require all Kickstarter users to verify their email addresses. So keep an eye out for a verification email from us in order to finalize your email address change.
Please note: It isn’t possible to use an email address on more than one Kickstarter account. If you are seeing an error message that the email you are trying to enter is already in use, we recommend entering an alternative email address.

My email address has been changed and I’m having trouble accessing a third-party service related to my pledge
After changing your email address we recommend letting any project creators know. They will be able to see the new email address associated with your pledge in their backer report on Kickstarter.
If a creator is using a third-party service to collect any information they need in order to fulfill your reward, the creator will need to provide that service with your new email address so that they can update the information on their end.
